Support Worker Position

We are seeking Support Workers to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal planning
  • Provide support with personal care where required
  • Facilitate community connection through socialising and outings
  • Support individuals to maintain connections with family and friends

Requirements:

  • Fitness to Work National Criminal History Check
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • First Aid and CPR certificate

Please note that prior to commencing, you will be required to undertake these checks and hold or be willing to obtain the necessary certificates.
