Electrical Engineer - Project Leadership and Innovation

We are seeking a Senior or Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Brisbane office, where they will lead the design and delivery of electrical services across multiple building projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in electrical design and excellent client-facing skills, with experience leading projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute electrical services design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, attend design meetings, and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Contribute to business growth by nurturing existing clients and supporting initiatives.
  • Oversee project documentation, coordination with other disciplines, and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
  • Drive innovation in energy efficiency, lighting, power distribution, and emerging technologies.

About You
  • Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with 5–12 years' experience in building services consultancy.
  • Proven ability to lead electrical services design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate across disciplines.
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in contributing to business growth.
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or working towards this highly regarded qualification.
