The Role

This Senior Business Banking Manager will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions and increasing Funds Under Management. The role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, real estate agents, accountants and other business bank lending affiliates to acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and leveraging deep circle of influence and broker relationships
  • Driving a structured and disciplined weekly sales operating rhythm
  • Using data and insights to engage with potential and existing customers
  • New to bank acquisition including cold calling
  • Managing overall sales and revenue performance measured by Business Lending FUM drawn and other cross-sell opportunities
  • Managing onboarding of new to bank customers and supporting effective handover to remote customer service proposition
  • Overall accountability for having a well-managed business relating to operational risk and credit risk
