As a key member of our team, you will create and implement content strategies that inform conversations and help us achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing content for social channels, including copywriting, briefing designers and other creative producers, creating and editing content in platform, managing content calendars, scheduling and posting
  • Ideating, pitching and creating engaging content that's impactful and suited to the platform
  • Advising on metrics for success and reporting on results
  • Managing social media communities, including monitoring, responding, engaging, and growing audiences
  • Managing social media accounts, including liaising with clients on deliverables and timelines
  • Advising on social media content and planning for projects and clients
  • Working closely and collaboratively with team members in various departments, including PR, Strategy & Research, and the wider Creative team

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of the social media landscape and communications in Australia, including the political and social contexts
  • Comfortable working as a team while being self-directed
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks and meet set deadlines
  • Experience in paid social or digital implementation, and/or using Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce content is a plus
