Job Title: Contract Manager

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients contracting commercial cleaning services
  • Lead staff teams across various sites for the delivery of exceptional cleaning services
  • Maintain staff schedules for service delivery and respond to client service requests
  • Provide leadership in building a safety culture
  • Develop and maintain team performance, recruiting, training and recognition of staff performance
  • Plan for the supply and maintenance of equipment and consumables
  • Conduct site audits achieving client service standards
  • Schedule periodic cleaning and provide 'hands on' support

Requirements:

  • An experienced leader with commercial cleaning experience who has a proven track record for leading teams and building strong working relationships with clients
  • Proven experience in building staff teams, deliver training and maintaining great service
  • Resilience in managing change and strong communication skills where cleaners understand their roles, day-to-day issues are resolved and expectations are defined, negotiated and met
  • A good technical understanding of equipment, cleaning services and use of products
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and share information and resources
  • A practical hands-on approach to commercial cleaning services
