About the PositionWe're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers by adhering to a set checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
- Clean floors, shelves, and equipment using various cleaning tools and products, ensuring high standards of hygiene and tidiness are met.
- Collect trolleys from within and around the store, including the car park, regardless of weather conditions.
As a successful candidate, you'll work independently and collaboratively with your colleagues, providing outstanding customer service with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. You'll be entrusted with setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating a strong work ethic, all while adhering to our strict safety protocols.
A commitment to working safely and following our established safety procedures is essential. You'll need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs, with flexibility to work a wide range of shifts between 5am-11pm, seven days a week.
