In this culturally safe and holistic service delivery position, you will work closely with the community, supporting them to overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
  • Develop tailored plans for job seekers to create successful pathways for employment
  • You will empower individuals by positively developing their employability skills to find meaningful employment
  • Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual requirements

About You:

As a proud Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, you'll possess a deep understanding of the community's needs and challenges. This unique perspective is essential in providing effective support and guidance to those we serve.

Key Requirements:

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Ability to complete a National Police check
  • Willingness to obtain a MyID (standard level)
  • Pass a Working with Children's check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
