Survey Development and Insights Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced survey development and insights specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and building survey questions and scoring rubrics, analyzing survey data to identify insights and trends, and developing digital maturity models to plot and report on survey results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop surveys that meet policy outcomes and are targeted towards government agencies.
  • Analyze survey data to identify trends and translate results into actionable advice for senior executives and ministers.
  • Develop digital maturity models to outline levels of maturity and provide explanations from an individual agency's perspective.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Survey design and development skills, including creating survey questions that demonstrate policy compliance.
  • Digital maturity model development skills, outlining levels of maturity and providing explanations from an individual agency's perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell stories about data in clear and concise language.
  • Strong user and digital service focus, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Facilitation skills to help embed user-centered and agile ways of working within teams.
