Parexel seeks a highly experienced Site Contracts Lead to oversee the site contracting process for clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in site contracting or a related field, with a proven track record of streamlining negotiations, managing risks, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

A strong leader, the Site Contracts Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for site contract management, including processes, procedures, and tools.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including start-up, global clinical operations, investigator payments, business development, and feasibility.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:
  • Oversight of site contracting process for clinical trials, ensuring timely and effective execution of contracts.
  • Monitoring, driving, and reporting on site contract performance throughout the lifecycle, focusing on metrics such as contract cycle times, quality, and compliance.
  • Development of project setup documents for contracting, including CTA templates, fallback languages, and site contract plans.
  • Advisory role on investigator grant budgets and parameters, collaborating with a global team of grant strategy and investigator fees.
  • Ensuring clarity and alignment of terms and conditions with overall project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in site contracting or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in regional or global lead roles.
  • Extensive experience in initial and amendment contracts/agreements, with knowledge of local country regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the candidate's local language.
