Project Manager

As a Project Engineer with Frontline Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in delivering projects from conception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing tenders and scope of work, assisting the contracts administrator, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Review and approve design and finishes selections
- Assist the Contract Administrator with Variation Assessments
- Support the Project Manager with monthly reporting and minute-taking
- Establish, implement, and monitor IMS for the project
- Manage the project using the company's processes and procedures
- Monitor defect rectification, project programs, and schedules
- Review sub-contractor programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer
- Proficient in Word processing, Excel, programming, and ACONEX or other document control software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
