Key Responsibilities

  • Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
  • Lease management including negotiation and renewals
  • Conduct rent reviews
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
  • Conduct regular inspections as per the inspection cycle report
  • Monitor rental arrears and work within arrears KPIs
  • Review income/expenses and capital improvements
  • Maintain compliance and monitoring schedules
  • Monitor insurance coverage for tenants and landlords
  • Provide written monthly reports to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of Retail/Commercial Property Management experience
  • Capacity to prioritize workload and display good judgment and initiative
  • Positive, flexible, and motivated attitude
  • Ability to provide a high level of administrative support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Real works, RP Data, MRI/Adept
  • Total confidence when dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors
  • Ability to provide excellent client services
