Procurement Coordinator Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Procurement Coordinator with prior experience and knowledge specifically within the joinery sector.

We specialize in custom architectural and detailed joinery solutions.

  • Coordinate and support the ordering, receiving, and delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate work schedules for factory staff and installers.
  • Prepare proposals, including drawings, cost estimates, timelines, etc.
  • Maintain records of completed projects and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain client relationships, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries while providing high-level customer service.
  • Administer contracts, including generating POs, invoicing, procurement, documentation, etc.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
About You:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a construction-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the joinery industry.
  • Australian experience is essential.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
  • Able to achieve results on time and on schedule.
