Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Kalgoorlie Operations Team.

The successful candidate will be offered a 5:2/4:3 roster at our centrally located offices, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

As Injury Management Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of all workers through proactive injury management and facilitation of workers' compensation processes.

Here are some of the key responsibilities and requirements:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the health and wellbeing of all workers through proactive injury management
    • Facilitate workers' compensation processes
    • Promote health and wellbeing strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years occupational health/injury management experience, preferably in mining or remote communities
  • Qualifications such as Occupational Health, Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiologist desirable
  • Knowledge of Fitness for Work requirements, Ergonomics, Workers' Compensation, and Occupational Health Rehabilitation Services
