Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce Case Management, Chat, and Knowledge Management System (KMS), Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein features and capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
