Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to contribute to our client's Tech team.
Our client, Kohort Partners Pty Ltd, is dedicated to delivering innovative business management solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
As a key player in their Tech team, you'll play a crucial role in transforming their legacy success into a cutting-edge SaaS platform, catering to both SME and Enterprise businesses.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with product managers and functional analysts to design and implement exceptional technical solutions, maximising investment in the Salesforce platform.
- Contributing to the optimisation and simplification of existing Salesforce functionality and codebases, enhancing system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Developing and deploying cloud-based solutions, with a focus on observability, scalability, resilience, and recovery.
Essential Technical Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Kotlin, Typescript, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong skills in integration across various API's.
- Familiarity with architecture and design standards, source code management, and experience in a DevOps environment, including CI/CD processes and tools.
