This is a key leadership position within CitiPower and Powercor Australia, responsible for driving the development and maturity of our Integrated Network Management Systems (INMS) and Electricity Supply Management Schemes (ESMSs).
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing development and improvement of INMS and ESMSs to ensure they meet the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity.
- Develop and maintain the management systems, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Report on the ongoing development of INMS and ESMS tasks, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Scope, plan, and coordinate external audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement INMS and ESMSs, including the corporate risk team, internal audit, IT, and Electricity Networks team.
- Promote and communicate the importance of INMS and ESMSs to staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining these systems.
- Develop training materials and programs to improve staff understanding and requirements of INMS and ESMSs.
- A tertiary qualification in an engineering or associated area/discipline.
- Highly developed written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to foster professional relationships.
- Experience in developing and improving management systems, including AS5577 and ISO55000.
- A track record in technical and regulatory areas of a utility/distribution business or similar capital-intensive industry (minimum 10 years of relevant experience).
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement programs.
- Proven track-record of cross-functional collaboration.
