We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to join our organization. This pivotal role involves scaling our data platform and directly contributing to metrics like patient engagement, clinic success, and platform growth.
- Develop reliable data pipelines that integrate critical product and operational data into our data platform
- Create canonical datasets for key business metrics such as patient engagement, clinic growth, and platform usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions
- Implement robust systems for data ingestion, transformation, and monitoring
- Participate in architectural decisions shaping the evolution of our data platform
- Maintain high standards for data security, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Contribute to a culture of learning and quality engineering through mentoring and sharing best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering with a strong data focus, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong skills in SQL and data modeling, with experience using tools like dbt
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams including Product, Growth, and Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade data pipelines focused on performance, reliability, and scalability
