Job Title: Childcare Educator Opportunity

This is a mid-senior level permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. As our new Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.

About The Role:
  • Maintain a high standard of health & safety at all times in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and implement learning experiences for designated groups of children, promoting their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to observe, evaluate, and report on children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences.
  • Design and implement activities that support children's developmental programs, taking into account their unique needs and abilities.
About You:
  • You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator who is passionate about leading and developing age-specific programs and daily routines.
  • You will work collaboratively as a member of a team, building strong relationships with educators, children, and families.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • A recognised Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care from a reputable education provider.
  • Experience in leading and developing age-specific programs and routines, with a focus on creating engaging and inclusive environments.
  • An approved Working with Children Check, as required by law.
  • Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis Certificates, ensuring you are equipped to respond to emergencies effectively.
