Early Learning Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Educator to join our team. As an Early Learning Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of children from birth to five years old.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as a current Working with Children Check. They will also be a trustworthy, dedicated and positive team player, with a passion for working in the childcare industry.

About the Role:
  • Full-time position working across a rotating roster
  • Gain practical experience in early childhood education and care
  • Work alongside a supportive team who will mentor and guide you
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide high-quality care and education to children in their assigned age group
  2. To develop and implement engaging and interactive learning programs that promote child development and learning outcomes
  3. To establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  4. To participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
