Seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management professional to drive the development and implementation of global risk frameworks across diverse industries.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing risks in complex, decentralized environments such as mining, manufacturing, and construction.
Responsibilities:- Designing and enhancing global ERM frameworks and processes
- Collaborating with senior leaders to integrate risk into strategic planning and business operations
- Leading scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk monitoring
- Driving consistency and maturity across regional operations
- Coaching leaders to embed a culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making
- Proven experience in enterprise risk management in global, decentralized industries (mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, construction preferred)
- Track record leading risk frameworks that span strategic and operational domains
- Strong quantitative skills, including scenario modelling and investment risk analysis
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at executive levels
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications
