About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Corporate Risk Intelligence team. As an accomplished risk management professional, you will oversee analysts, manage daily operations, ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting, and drive strategic insights to support key business decisions.
This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership acumen, and effective communication skills to convey complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Direct, motivate, and coach a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
- Project Management: Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks effectively.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Experience: 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
- Certifications: CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are beneficial.
