Job Description

As a key leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for driving strategic engagement initiatives across our mental health services. This role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure consumer participation and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for consumer engagement and community participation initiatives
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote consumer participation and empowerment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging programs and services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in community engagement and management
  • A strong understanding of contemporary issues and challenges in consumer engagement and participation
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to motivate and guide staff through change and development
