Job Description
This role involves providing awake night shift support to clients living in supported accommodation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults and young people with mental illness and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support and services to clients during awake night shifts.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist clients in maintaining key relationships and promoting independent living.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a related field (mental health, community services, etc.).
- Experience working with adults and young people with mental illness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
