Leading a team of engineers, you will be responsible for designing and managing water infrastructure projects from initial planning stages through to completion. These projects may involve the construction of pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water treatment facilities.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex multidisciplinary projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team. You will have the chance to lead project delivery, manage commercial aspects, and provide technical leadership with support from multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant outcomes.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expertise and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in all project activities.
  • Business Development: Identify business opportunities and collaborate with clients to develop project proposals and bids.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams and guide junior staff in their professional development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
