Early Learning Program Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding teams in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices in the field. They will also be responsible for building meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. If you are a motivated and driven individual who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current best practices in the field.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing programs.
- Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
Requirements:
- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
