We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Traralgon Park Lane.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $28.62-$32.23 per hour, along with a range of benefits that support your career growth and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to our early childhood educators, ensuring high-quality learning programs for children.
- Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement innovative educational initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- A competitive salary package, including a minimum 5% above award rate pay.
