Lead Educator in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Traralgon Park Lane. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an early childhood professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our Centre. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure that our teaching practices are aligned with the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
- Ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, promoting safety, inclusivity, and cultural awareness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current Victorian Working with Children Check.
