About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our Business Enablement team in LUMEATM. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and simplifying our operations to maximize Lumea's future position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across the value chain
  • Support the review of processes and develop recommendations for simplification and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and credibility
  • Develop and implement solutions to problems and create efficient processes
  • Manage and present reporting information to senior management and Executive/Board level stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience as a Process Improvement Specialist, Change Manager, or Business Intelligence Analyst
  • Project Management skills with proven success in leading process & system improvement efforts
  • Salesforce implementation experience with ability to co-ordinate enhancements
  • Customer experience improvement and connections process knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience managing & presenting reporting information
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and pragmatically to solve problems and find outcomes
  • Ability to develop customer centric solutions, bringing innovation, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Business Degree or commensurate experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Change Management related qualifications would be an advantage
