Job Description
  • As a Senior Retail Leader

You will be responsible for transforming a successful retail asset into one of Sydney's most significant destinations. Your key objective will be to take full accountability for the performance and growth of a major, large-format retail precinct in Western Sydney.

Your role will involve leading all core precinct functions, including leasing, centre management, marketing, compliance, and operations. You will also take full ownership of the precinct P&L - budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

In addition, you will guide tenancy mix decisions in collaboration with leasing partners and Directors. Your responsibilities will include strengthening team alignment, operational governance, and reporting discipline.

You will maintain oversight of tenant performance, experience, and retention. You will work closely with Directors to shape the precinct's long-term commercial and brand strategy.

A key aspect of your role will be to embed a high-performance culture across the wider team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years' experience in retail property
  • Proven success managing large-format, outlet-style or complex multi-stakeholder retail environments
  • Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen
  • Confident leading cross-functional teams
