Email Marketing Coordinator

About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Email Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and promote our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of all email marketing communications across all brands within our nominated ESP and with agency partners.
  • Provide direction on creative design and input, inclusive of layout and copy, based upon benchmarks and industry metrics.
  • Implement and manage email marketing programs with a vision to assess current communication roadmaps and email platforms.
  • Forge a strong email marketing process that aligns with our objectives and the wider campaign.
  • Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with a thorough knowledge of current legal implications (data and privacy laws, Spam Act etc).
  • Communicate, educate, and provide guidance on the marketing channel to inform all stakeholders.
Requirements

You should have a grasp of the digital landscape and a passion for both the creative and technical aspects of crafting digital campaigns across various channels. Ideally, you will hold a relevant degree in Digital Design or possess equivalent industry experience.

You will also have:

  • A compelling portfolio with projects ranging from ad unit executions to full site developments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.
  • Knowledge of XHTML, HTML5, and CSS.
