About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team at St Vincent de Paul. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated end-to-end retail marketing campaigns that support our organization's growth targets, brand awareness, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Retail Marketing Plans
    • Support the development and delivery of retail marketing operating plans to meet specific key performance indicators to acquire new customers, increase loyalty and sales within budget.
  • Lead Digital Appeals Program
    • Develop and deliver the digital appeals project and marketing operating plans to meet specific key performance indicators to acquire new donors, increase loyalty and income within budget.
  • Volunteer and Member Recruitment
    • Develop and deliver volunteer and member recruitment marketing operating plans to meet specific key performance indicators within budget.
  • Operational Planning and Reporting
    • Liaise with key stakeholders to develop operational plans, including financial and non-financial reporting to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research, including surveys to explore identify key target audiences and to inform strategy and tactics.
  • System Development and Process Improvement
    • Lead in the development of systems and processes including retail marketing aspects of the CRM, data analysis to drive sales and campaign management tools.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships and escalate issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective and prompt results.
  • Brand and Communications
    • Ensure all marketing and communications across the Society's internal and external channels are presented to a high standard, delivered on time and on message in line with the Society's brand guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Generate regular reports and analysis on the performance of the Society's digital channels and marketing campaigns including the effectiveness of campaigns and specific initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in continuous improvement programs within operations to ensure that processes and procedures are continually challenged and improved.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Marketing Coordinator who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong Project Management Skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Marketing and/or Business Communication
  • 5+ Years' Experience Working in Retail Marketing or a Digital Capacity
  • Understanding of and Commitment to the Philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland
