As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of older adults, providing essential care and companionship.

What You'll Do
  • Personalized Support: Assist clients with daily tasks, promote healthy habits, and encourage social engagement.
  • Monitoring Health: Keep a watchful eye on any changes in wellbeing, alerting healthcare professionals when necessary.
  • Social Interaction: Facilitate opportunities for clients to connect with others, combating loneliness and isolation.
  • Engaging Activities: Participate in daily routines, supporting clients' interests and passions.
  • Companionship: Spend quality time with older adults, sharing laughter and creating lasting memories.

Requirements
  • Passionate Individuals: A genuine interest in supporting older adults, coupled with empathy and understanding.
  • Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Essential Skills: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • Desirable Qualities: Working with Vulnerable People and First Aid/CPR certification, willingness to obtain if not already held.
