Job Title: Lead ECC Nurse Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ECC Nurse Manager to join our team at VetPartners. As a key member of our emergency and critical care department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of ECC nurses, ensuring high standards of care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ECC team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
  • Mentor and support ECC staff in their professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in veterinary nursing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ECC nursing, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
