Payroll Professional

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the efficient and accurate processing of employee payments. You will address payroll-related inquiries efficiently and provide support on various projects as needed.
About the Position:- Collaborate with the team to complete timely and accurate payment of all pay runs for 3000 employees and workers compensation claims on a weekly and fortnightly basis.
- Complete the end-to-end payroll process and terminations; escalate ideas to maintain payroll system integrity.
- Utilize time and attendance payroll module.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed while maintaining confidentiality.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a payroll role, accounting or payroll qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated knowledge including complaint handling, employee relations, WHS, terminations, workers compensations claims, policies and procedures, inclusion and diversity.
- Sound knowledge of industry Enterprise Agreements, awards and NES.
- Great proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
