This position is a primary contributor and leading subject matter expert on the Business Intelligence team. They drive a culture of data-driven decision making for teams across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Surface insights from multiple data sources to support complex operational decision making.
  • Provide analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics across various business areas and develop actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a quantitative or scientific field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12-15+ years of analytical experience in advanced analysis and predictive analytics.
  • 4-6 years leading and managing BI teams.
  • Significant proficiency in one or more programming languages (SQL/R/Python).
  • Expert level experience with standard analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and ability to create presentations conveying compelling data-driven stories.
