The Opportunity

We partner with an organisation that improves the quality of life for vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in our community. They provide medical and rehabilitation services, inclusive education, and solutions that drive lasting change. Our marketing and fundraising team shares compelling stories to raise awareness and revenue for the organisation.

About You

You will develop campaigns to acquire new supporters and grow income from existing Australian supporters. Your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing strategic testing into all direct marketing communications and using findings to influence future communications
  • Managing dollar handles to increase donor engagement and responses
  • Working on online cold lead campaigns and collaborating with telemarketing agencies to test new acquisitions
  • Developing supporter report back, thank you and field update communications
  • Preparing comprehensive campaigns and data briefs

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A marketing or communication degree or equivalent
  • Experience writing creative copy
  • An understanding and execution of direct marketing principles
  • Experience developing EDMs, SMS communications, social media, and print campaigns
  • An aptitude for analysing marketing data and creating marketing reports
  • Passion for the non-profit sector, especially fundraising marketing
The Offer

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract with potential for extension to a permanent placement. A competitive salary package is provided, including non-profit salary packaging. A hybrid working model is in place.
