As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. You will be responsible for providing direct care and support to residents in accordance with best practice standards.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing physical and emotional support to residents in their daily lives.
  • Assisting residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues and helping them to maintain their independence.

You will work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care that meets their individual needs.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and team members.
  • Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice.
