About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist to join our team in Rockhampton, Australia. As an Environmental Scientist, you will play a key role in leading the change toward a sustainable and equitable future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely and high-quality environmental impact assessments, constraints analyses, strategic assessments, and environmental management plans.
  • Lead a range of projects across various industries, including Energy, Transport, and Water.
  • Assist in the organization of resources, budgets, and timelines for the management of projects.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in environmental impact assessment and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, such as Environmental Science or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical information into accessible language in written work and other communications.
