Production Manager Job Description

Maintaining and improving the overall effectiveness of teams responsible for operating plant is a key aspect of this role.

Daily communication with Packing Supervisor on flour requirements is essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and supervise a team of operators to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Production Management/Milling. Management/leadership-based role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team are essential.
