
Inventory Management Specialist

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging role in inventory management?
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking and verifying deliveries, recording, labelling and storing parts, spares and consumables, managing inventory systems and replenishing stock, preparing and dispatching equipment to the field, conducting regular stock counts and audits, supporting safe warehouse operations and field delivery logistics, collaborating with maintenance technicians and project engineers to meet demand, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety and compliance standards.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or inventory control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP ByDesign preferred)
- Current Forklift License (LF)
- Full, valid Australian Driver's License
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks including driver history, criminal record, and medical
