Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the operations team's knowledge and capability using coaching models and development frameworks.
  • Supervise administrative processes and systems, ensuring compliance with core policies and standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, system access and data integrity, telephone management and enquiries, payroll exceptions integrity, and marketing and promotional activity.
  • Support the Management team to ensure administrative activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Safety, including in-store process, incident reporting, and training.
  • Manage web orders, product pick and pack, and same day delivery to customers, where designated to drive.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers, effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality merchandise displays, in-store marketing, and presentation standards.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in ongoing skill and knowledge improvement through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities.
