The Key Responsibilities:- Supervising routine department tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion across various projects and companies.
- Ensuring transactions adhere to internal financial policies and procedures.
- Reviewing and verifying employee expenses to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Monitoring bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany transactions, and supplier reconciliations to identify any discrepancies.
- Assisting with month-end tasks, including accruals, prepayments, and reviewing all bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Processing and reviewing payment runs and uploading them onto various banking platforms to ensure seamless transactions.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience at Accounts Payable Manager level with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing an offshore team would be highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, such as Xero and QuickBooks, would be an asset.
- Experience in a hands-on role with high levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
- A flexible work-from-home arrangement with 2 days in the office per week.
- Shorter notice periods will be favoured to accommodate the team's needs.
