The Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising routine department tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion across various projects and companies.
  • Ensuring transactions adhere to internal financial policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing and verifying employee expenses to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Monitoring bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany transactions, and supplier reconciliations to identify any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with month-end tasks, including accruals, prepayments, and reviewing all bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Processing and reviewing payment runs and uploading them onto various banking platforms to ensure seamless transactions.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience at Accounts Payable Manager level with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing an offshore team would be highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, such as Xero and QuickBooks, would be an asset.
  • Experience in a hands-on role with high levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
