Personal Care Attendant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide high-quality care and support services for residents in our Serviced Apartments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resident Support: Provide safe and effective daily personal care tailored to each resident's needs, in line with their current care plans.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with residents, their families and colleagues to ensure consistent high-quality care outcomes.
  • Recreational Activities: Support residents with recreational and social activities, enhancing their quality of life.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III/IV: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance.
  • First Aid & CPR: Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • Police Check: Current Police Check clearance.
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations: Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date.
