We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Director of Customer Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team and achieve sales and customer experience targets.
- Coach and develop the next group of leaders for our stores.
- Ensure adherence to central operating standards and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll need
- Demonstrated experience influencing people in a retail environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Advanced appreciation of customer needs and proficient in resolving customer issues.
- Proven track record working within a productive, high-pace, customer-orientated retail environment.
