About this role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Director of Customer Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team and achieve sales and customer experience targets.
  • Coach and develop the next group of leaders for our stores.
  • Ensure adherence to central operating standards and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll need

  • Demonstrated experience influencing people in a retail environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Advanced appreciation of customer needs and proficient in resolving customer issues.
  • Proven track record working within a productive, high-pace, customer-orientated retail environment.
