Key Responsibilities- **Coordinate Project Implementation**: Assist in the successful implementation of projects, tracking progress and reporting results.
- **Subcontractor Coordination**: Coordinate with onsite subcontractors for installation tasks on a daily basis and generate reports.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal communications related to the project.
- **Program Communication**: Execute the internal program communication plan.
- **Team Coordination**: Coordinate and direct the activities of project team members.
- **Scope Development**: Develop accurate and informed scopes of work, including schedules and budgets, using tools such as Excel and MYOB Job Costing.
- **Project Management**: Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure project progress from conception to completion.
- **Documentation**: Document all project requirements and objectives.
- **Education**: Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying, or trade qualified with significant construction experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience in a project coordination and administration environment.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- **Independence**: Ability to perform required project tasks independently.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
