Job Description

Lead a Cross-Functional Engineering Team

As a seasoned leader in the fintech industry, we seek an experienced Head of Software Engineering to drive our technology strategy and deliver exceptional digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a cross-functional team of engineers delivering digital products and platforms
  • Setting direction for architecture, infrastructure, tooling, and development practices

  • Supporting and developing engineers through mentoring and coaching
