Corporate Finance Executive

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee multiple projects and staff in a small cohesive team. You will have the opportunity to influence a wide variety of corporate finance projects with differing levels of complexity for various client types across a wide range of industries.

About the Role
  • Lead Advisory – end-to-end corporate finance execution (including target list, databook and information memorandum preparation, financial due diligence and data room management, participate in transaction negotiations and stakeholder management);
  • Work across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising (debt and equity) and strategic advice;
  • Take ownership of deliverables and complete them effectively in the timeframes required;
  • Manage, develop and work collaboratively with junior members of the team;
  • Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships; and
  • Assist with deal origination and the preparation of proposals, engagements and pitch documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You are a driven and commercially-minded professional with a passion for corporate finance and a strong track record in M&A execution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or Economics (CA or CFA qualification highly regarded)
  • 3–5 years' experience in corporate finance within a top-tier/mid-tier firm, investment bank, or boutique advisory
  • Proven experience managing multiple corporate finance projects from inception to completion
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
