Cloud Data Engineer

As a Cloud Data Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of property finance. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and optimizing modern data pipelines that enable analytics and product insights across the business.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers and analysts to design and implement scalable data models that support analytics and product needs. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions will drive innovation and efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines using modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Python).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows to ensure reliable and timely data delivery.
  • Work with Databricks and Snowflake environments to support ingestion, transformation, and modelling of data.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration/ETL tools.
  • Practical exposure to Databricks (Spark, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog) and Snowflake (warehousing, performance tuning, security).
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
