Job Title: Senior Clinical Agreement Specialist

This is a critical role in the contract management team where you will be responsible for negotiating and managing clinical trial agreements with sites, institutions and investigators.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate global clinical study agreements, manage site budgets and lead contract negotiations with Investigators/Institutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Balancing risk and budget decisions against clinical trial timelines.
  • Developing, negotiating, tracking and executing global clinical study agreements.
  • Managing site budgets and leading contract negotiations.
  • Negotiating cost, business and contractual terms and conditions.
  • Leading and developing relationships with key investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles.
  • Precise communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, identify and mitigate risks to site contracting timelines.
