**Contract Negotiation Expertise**

We are seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making informed decisions regarding contract terms and conditions.

  • Draft, negotiate, track, and execute global clinical study agreements with institutions and investigators participating in sponsored clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and oversee the global site budget process.
  • Negotiate cost, business, and contractual terms and conditions with investigators/institutions.
  • Lead study level site contracting activities and direct other Investigator Contracts Lead.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of medicines and vaccines. You will lead relationships with key investigational sites and Site Management Organizations.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years experience in drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements with clinical trial sites in a global operations environment.
  • Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles, practices, processes, and activities.
  • A balance of general business, compliance, finance, legal, and drug development expertise.
  • Precise communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to identify and mitigate risks to site contracting timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence rather than positional authority.
